Rehn: France Has Still Work to Do on Path to Recovery

France has to make more efforts in order to overcome its financial and economic troubles, stated EU Economic Affairs Commissioner Olli Rehn.

"France has still work to do on economic reforms, in order to increase the competitiveness of its economy and create jobs," said Rehn.

"France is heading in a good direction, but yet more has to be done," added he.

Friday the European Commissioner is taking part in the meeting of eurozone finance ministers, which takes place in Vilnius, the capital of rotational EU president Lithuania.
