Arsenal Join Chase for Bulgarian Youngster Nedelev

Arsenal have joined London rivals Tottenham in the chase for highly rated Bulgarian international winger Todor Nevelev.

The 20-year-old impressed both Tottenham and Arsrenal scouts, as scored for Botev Plovdiv in their 3-2 win over Slavia Sofia on Sunday, according to the Daily Mail.

Arsenal are now weighing up a GBP 3 M bid for the player, the report says.

Roma and Hamburger are also said to be interested in signing the young Bulgarian. Nedelev can play on either flank, as well as in attacking midfield, and was recently even likened to Tottenham Hotspur star Gareth Bale.
