Mass Fight Erupts Between Bulgarian Workers In Sweden

A mass fight between 35-40 Bulgarian blueberry pickers has occured near the Swedish town of G?vle, located 160 km north of Stockholm.

3 were arrested and 6 injured during the fight between the workers, according to the Bulgarian National Television /BNT/.

The two fighting groups of Bulgarian citizens were using stones, rods as well as their private vehicles for weapons, it was reported.

The scene took place near a local transport knot after 10 am on Wednesday.

Police and ambulances arrived at the spot.

“I am not aware of the specific reason for the fight. There is an investigation on the case, the motives are still not clear”, commented a police officer.
