Last year’s deadly bus bombing in Bulgaria’s Black Sea city of Burgas will not stop Israeli tourists from coming to the Balkan country, according to Israeli Ambassador in Sofia Shaul Kamisa-Raz.

In a statement made in Varna, Shaul Kamisa Raz declared his expectations for an increase in the number of Israeli tourists visiting Bulgaria's Black Sea Coast in 2013, comparing it with data from previous years, according to Darik Finance.

“By the end of the summer period we expect the number of the Israeli tourists to surpass by 20-30 % their number from previous years”, commented the Israeli diplomat.

“We will not let terrorism dictate our way of life”, he declared.

Shaul Kamisa Raz reiterated his approval of the decision made by the European Union two weeks ago to put the armed wing of Hezbollah on its list of terrorist organizations.

The July 18 2012 bus bombing at the Burgas airport killed 7 people, including 5 Israeli tourists, the Bulgarian bus driver and a suspected suicide bomber.

One year later, on July 22, EU's Foreign Affairs Council decided to put Hezbollah’s military wing on the bloc’s terrorists blacklist.
