Croatian Police Catch Bulgarian Driving at 234km/h on Highway

Croatian police caught a 34-year-old Bulgarian citizen driving 234km/h along the Bregana-Lipovac highway.

According to Croatian website Index, as cited by Sega daily, the Bulgarian got stopped near Sibinj on Tuesday morning.

The police stopped an Audi with a German registration plate driven by a 34-year-old Bulgarian.

The driver was fined HRK 500 and he will also have to pay HRK 500 in court expenses.

He has been banned from driving in Croatia for a period of 12 months.
