Arsons Suspected in Yacht Blazes along Bulgaria’s Sea Coast

Four yachts, including one owned by a controversial former member of parliament from Bulgaria’s GERB party, have burned down in the coastal town of Nessebar. 

Emil Dimitrov’s yacht is completely destroyed, police said.

Suspicions that the yachts were set on fire deliberately were backed by evidence found on the site of the crime.

An investigation has been launched.
