Scores of Bulgarians are protesting once again Tuesday near the home of former Prime Minister, Boyko Borisov, in the Sofia suburb of Bankya.
They are shouting under his windows demands for him and for the Members of the Parliament from the Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria party, GERB, to do their job after they decided to boycott all sittings except those focusing on the Election Code. The boycott has been ordered by Borisov himself.
Two of the protesters have brought roosters and say their names are Boyko and Yane (Yane Yanev, leader of the marginal conservative Order, Law and Justice party, RZS, which supported Borisov's rule, but failed to win seats in the current Parliament – editor's note).
"Roosters are early raisers and crow since the wee hours, but unfortunately they cannot wake up the former PM. He might not even be at home; he might be on vacation," the roosters' onwners told reporters.
Borisov and his GERB government resigned back in February amidst mass protests against stagnation, poverty and corruption.
