Russian law enforcement agencies have no issues with former CIA officer Edward Snowden and do not plan to arrest him, according to a Russian security services source.

Sunday Snowden arrived at Moscow's Sheremetyevo International Airport on an Aeroflot flight from Hong Kong.

He is accompanied by WikiLeaks lawyers, as well as diplomats from unnamed countries.

The US Department of Justice has issued a statement saying that the country will seek assistance in his detention from authorities in countries he travels to.

June 14 authorities in America charged Snowden on 3 counts (10 years in jail each) related to disclosing classified information.

The former CIA officer had leaked a massive database of millions of recorded phone calls that were made available to the US National Security Agency.

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange called on the world to grant asylum to Snowden.

Sunday there are reports that Snowden will head for Cuba or Venezuela from Moscow.
