The reports that unidentified offenders have robbed the house of Rumen Plevneliev, brother of Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev, appear to have been refuted.

It was reported late on Thursday that robbers managed to steal into Rumen Plevneliev’s house situated in the well guarded closed-type residential complex Residential Park Sofia, just a few meters away from the home of the President.

However, the managing body of Residential Park declared Friday declared that Rumen Plevneliev does not live or own a property in the residential complex.

Residential Park has further stated that no incidents took place in the complex on June 4, the date on which the alleged robbery was reported to have taken place.

Rosen Plevneliev is a founder and former General Manager of Residential Park Sofia.
