New Storm Might Hit US on Election Day

A new storm could form on the US East Coast during presidential elections next Tuesday, days after the destructive Sandy Hurricane hit it, warn weathermen.

The new storm is expeted to be much smaller and less destructive and there are no grounds for panic, reports US Current TV.

Forecasters have said that Monday night a low pressure area off the coast of Georgia and South Carolina might cause the new storm.

The storm could bring high winds, rain and even snow storms in the north-eastern US states.

In the meantime, it was reported that the victims of the Sandy Hurricane in the US have reached 109, with damages estimated at USD 18 B.
