Bulgaria's Solid Fuel Production Up 13.5% M/M in Sept 2012

In September 2012, the production of solid fuels in Bulgaria increased by 13.5% month on month to 3.135 million tonnes, according to data of the National Statistical Institute (NSI).

Meanwhile, the production of unleaded gasoline and diesel fell by 10% and 3.4%, respectively, to 144 thousand tones and 201 000 thousand tones.

Electricity production fell by 4.4% to 3606 GWh, while the production of LPG remained unchanged at 11 thousand tones.

In September 2012, deliveries of solid fuels increased by 12.7% to 3.319 million tones.

At the same time, deliveries of LPG went up by 6.1% to 35 thousand tones, while deliveries of diesel and natural gas added 3% and 22%, respectively, to 173 thousand tones and 172 million standard cubic meters.

Decreases were registered in deliveries of unleaded gasoline and electricity.
