Bulgarian PM Flies to Albania on Military Craft to Save Funds

Bulgarian Prime Minister, Boyko Borisov, and an official delegation left for a visit to Albania Monday morning.

The delegation is being transported by two military aircraft Spartan. The unusual trip aims at saving funds from making the government's Airbus return from Israel, where it transported President, Rosen Plevneliev.

During the 2-day official trip to Albania, Borisov and the delegation will sign agreements in the areas of tourism and other business sectors, of education and interior affairs. The PM will hold a meeting with his Albanian counterpart, Sali Ram Berisha.

The delegation includes the Ministers of Regional Development, Lilyana Pavlova, of Culture, Vezhdi Rashidov, of Economy and Energy, Delyan Dobrev and the Mayor of Sofia, Yordanka Fandakova.
