Two Bulgarians have been arrested in Bangkok on charges of ATM draining by the use of a skimming device, according to Thailand press.
Rosen Evstatiev and Georgi Kirilov have been detained "red handed" when attempting to illegally withdraw cash from an ATM.
The police search of their hotel room yielded 72 debit and credit cards, EUR 4 800, including in Thai currency, a computer and a skimming device.
The probe was started after European banks lodged complaints with Thai police for ATM theft.
