Jealous Bulgarian Policeman Murders Girlfriend

The dead body of a 25-year-old Bulgarian woman has been discovered in front of a disco in the city of Lovech early Saturday morning.

The perished woman had sustained five hand gun wounds and the medics and police officers who arrived at the alert could only confirm her demise.

A 33-year-old local police officer - the victim's boyfriend - was promptly apprehended on suspicions for the murder.

During the arrest, the policeman was cooperative and made full confessions that he perpetrated the act.

The two knew each other from social networks and communicated largely through the internet and texts.

Police suspect that the young woman wanted to terminate the relationship, which provoked the ire of the man, who was not inebriated.

He shot her with the Makarov hand gun commissioned to him as a police officer. At the time of the tragedy, he was in plain clothes and not on duty.

The man has been detained for 72 hours with initial legal proceedings already started against him.
