'Mystery Shopper' Chooses Societe Generale Expressbank as Bulgaria's Best Bank

The international research „Mystery Shopper in the Bank Sector" of the organization International Service Check defined Societe Generale Expressbank for the best bank in Bulgaria.
„Mystery Shopper in the Bank Sector" was carried out in May 2012 in 5 European countries: Bulgaria, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary and consisted in 268 check-ups in 42 financial corporations and bank groups and 68 national branches. 4 branches of each bank in the respective country were randomly chosen for the research.
The task of the mystery shoppers was to evaluate the work of a certain bank branch after a personal visit, on-line or phone conversation. The criteria according to which the banks were evaluated were outlook, service, building a loyal relationship with the client, as well as possibilities for mobile services offered by the different credit institutions.
Societe Generale Expressbank takes a leading position among the Bulgarian banks in the final classification of "Mystery Shopper in the Bank Sector", being an indisputable leader in the category "building loyal relationship with the customer".
„This is a firm recognition for the efforts we put in building transparent and honest relationships with our clients", said on the occasion Yann Dumontheil, Executive officer, Societe Generale Expressbank, who added, "For us this classification is a proof that the values of which we constantly speak and follow are not simple words supported by the obligatory corporate policy of each company, but real actions that bring us closer to the needs of our customers".
In the final classification of International Service Check of all banks in Europe, Bulgaria takes the forth position with 79,7%, following Czech Republic – 87,5%, Hungary – 83,8% and Poland– 80%.
This is the second recognition of Societe Generale Expressbank on a European lever this year, after in May the bank was awarded "The Best Bank in Bulgaria" by the prestigious financial magazine Euromoney.
