Bulgarian President to Attend Olympics Reception

Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev is to attend a reception in honor of the heads of state and government on behalf of Queen Elizabeth II ahead of the Olympic Games opening ceremony on Friday.

Queen Elizabeth II is scheduled to host 110 heads of state at a reception at Buckingham Palace on Friday

After the gathering, the queen and those heads of state will head to the Olympic Park, where the queen will open the Games.
