The daughter of the Ambassador of Israel to Bulgaria, Shaul Kamisa-Raz, is not among those injured in the terrorist attack at the airport of the Black Sea city of Burgas.

A bus carrying Israeli tourists exploded at the airport Wednesday afternoon.

The information was confirmed by the Embassy of Israel in Sofia, after the Bulgarian news site Blitz published earlier Thursday information that the diplomat's daughter is among those harmed by the attack and was listed in critical condition with chest and abdominal trauma at the Military Medical Academy in the capital Sofia.

The press attach? of the Embassy, Teodora Yosifova, firmly rejected the report. She informed that the Ambassador does indeed have a daughter, who is not at all in Bulgaria at the moment.

The Bulgarian Foreign Affairs Ministry also rebutted the Blitz report.

The media admitted the gaffe, one of its too many, connected to made-up exclusive stories.
