The International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) sentenced Serb ultranationalist Vojislav Seselj to two more years behind bars.

Seselj was sentenced for refusing to remove information from his website that revealed the identities of witnesses who had been granted anonymity.

The accused refused to testify in his defense or make his final statement, saying the Hague Tribunal had barred his case manager Nemanja Sarovic from the trial, RIA Novosti informs.

The Serb ultranationalist was  first convicted of contempt in 2009 and sentenced to 15 months, then again last year, when he received an 18-month sentence.

Seselj, 57, faces nine charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity over the Balkan wars of the 1990s. His trial proper started in November 2007.
