4.5-Degree Quake Felt in Northern Italy

A 4.5 Richter degree magnitude earthquake has been registered Saturday in Northern Italy, the site of destructive tremors during the past weeks.

Saturday's quake has been felt by residents of Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia regions of Italy.

At the time being there are no reports of casualties and destruction.

End of May a series of quakes with magnitudes around 6 devastated Northern Italy, killing 26 people and displacing 15,000 more.
