Stephane Delahaye has been elected as the new chairman of the French-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce, Bulgarian news agencies inform.

Delahaye has lived in the Balkan country for 12 years now and is a shareholder in various media and marketing companies.

The chamber's executive board sees it as its main priority to support Bulgarian companies in their efforts to establish business contacts in France and enter the French market, economynews.bg says.

The chamber of commerce intends on organizing several French-Bulgarian business forums each year in various French cities.

The French-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce has 138 members who represent a total of 20 000 employees.
