Bulgarian Roma singer Sofi Marinova will perform "Love Unlimited", the song with which she won her country's Eurovision contest this year, in the European Parliament on March 27, several days ahead of the International Roma Day.

Marinova's performance will be on the invitation of Bulgarian MEPs from the ruling centrist-right GERB, the Bulgarian National Television has informed. It will be preceded by Roma anthem "Djelem Djelem".

April 8 is a day to celebrate Roma culture and increase awareness on Roma issues. The day honors the first major international meeting of Romani representatives, 7-12 of April, 1971 in Chelsfield near London.

Meanwhile, it has been announced that Sofi Marinova will compete as the eight performer of the second Eurovision semifinal that is to take place on May 24.

Marinova was chosen on March 7 by the viewers of the Bulgarian National Television and will become the first ever pop folk singer to represent the country in Baku on May 24 in the second semi-final in which 19 countries will take part – they are the only ones that can vote for the Bulgarian song. Of them, 10 will go to the final on May 26.
