The dead body of a 62-year-old Turkish businessman has been discovered near the Southwestern Bulgarian town of Gotse Delchev, local police authorities say.

The dead man has been spotted by passers-by n a white minivan near the village of Borovo.

Traces of violence have been found on the body, including stab wounds.

Local police have started investigated the body and the abandoned minivan. The allegedly murdered businessman was living in Bulgaria and was registered in the city of Plovdiv.
