Bulgarian Police Nab Gun Wielding Pupil

A 17-year-old Bulgarian high school student has been detained after being uncovered to carry a handgun in class.

The teenager was entering a math class in a prestigious high school in Veliko Tarnovo, when a gas gun fell down from his clothes.

He proceeded to pick it up, but the teacher promptly called the police, who arrived to arrest the delinquent.

The youth has been detained in a temporary detention facility for underage offenders in Gorna Oryahovitsa, as his parents live abroad.

He has been charged with an administrative violation and will most probably be dismissed from his high school.
