New Bulgarian President Discovering Secret Weapon

Bulgaria's newly elected President Rosen Plevneliev takes over, inspecting a military parade in his capacity as the Commander-in-Chief.

He greets all types of armed forces from the Bulgarian military that are parading in downtown Sofia – planes, helicopters, tanks, marching infantry units.

At the end, however, there is a detachment of weird-looking nerds in ill-fitting suits carrying briefcases.

"Who the heck are those?!" asks Plevneliev, shocked.

"Oh, those are our most fearful and secret weapon," explains the Bulgarian Head of Defense, "These are the bureaucrats of Finance Minister Simeon Djankov. They can destroy any state in no time."
