Bulgarian Railways

A passenger on a BDZ train in Bulgaria gets extremely angry as the train moves very slowly, and makes stops every five minutes.

"Excuse me! Why the heck are we stopping again?!?" he yells at the conductor.

"Umm.. There is a cow lying on the railway tracks," explains the conductor.

"But this is probably the 15th stop that we've made!"

"Well, yes, the cow has been walking in front of the locomotive..."
