As expected, former Barcelona striker Hristo Stoichkov was presented on Thursday as the new manager of Bulgarian champions Litex Lovech.

"I wish luck to the new coaching staff and I hope that our young players will become 80% as good as he once was. I want to thank Stoichkov that he agreed to help our team in such a difficult moment," honorary Litex president Grisha Ganchev said upon presenting Stoichkov as the new coach.
