The name of Bulgarian, Zhivko Zhekov, is missing from all three lists, published by the company owner of the oil platform "Kolskaya," which capsized Sunday in the sea of Okhotsk.

The official site of the company has three lists – of those rescued (14), of the identified casualties (9) and of those still missing (46).

There were several earlier reports that the Bulgarian had been onboard of the platform in his capacity of representative of the British insurance company "Noble Denton."

The official identification of the 11 bodies pulled from the waters by the rescue team will take place Thursday, according to Russia's Far East Transport Investigation Directorate. The bodies will be transported to Sakhalin where the identification will be held. 9 of the 11 had passports on them.

Investigators continue to question the survivors. A military Il-38 craft and a rescue ship are joining the rescue effort Wednesday even though chances to find other survivors are dimming.

According to official data, 67 people were on the platform when it sunk, but from the published lists it becomes clear they were over 70.

A day of mourning was declared in the Russian region of Murmansk Tuesday for the victims of the tragic incident.
