Spanish club Valencia are looking to reignite their interest in Manchester United's Bulgarian striker Dimitar Berbatov, UK media have reported.

Valencia will either risk waiting on Berbatov until the summer when no fee would be paid to Manchester United or make a serious offer in January in order to secure the signing, according to footybunker.com.

It is believed that Manchester United would consider offers around GBP 10 M in January for the forward.

Even though Sir Alex Ferguson recently reiterated that Berbatov is staying with the Red Devils, the Bulgarian is yet to sign a new contract which has given rise to transfer rumors once again.

PSG and Valencia were among the clubs recently reported as willing to snap up the prolific Bulgarian who has been struggling to find his way back into Manchester United's starting 11 since the start of the season.
