I have no interest whatsoever in the position of president, said Bulgarian PM Boyko Borisov just hours after announcing he will run at next elections in 2016.

He nevertheless stated that given his responsibilities as Bulgaria's PM, a candidacy as president is out of the question.

"GERB's goal is to win presidential and next parliamentary elections in 2013, and then to make its second cabinet. I'm not interest in the presidential position at all," said Borisov in the Nova TV interview.

The GERB leader was not entirely clear on his position during the length of chat the chat, saying that there is still an option he might run for president in 2016.

"But I might change my mind and stay Bulgaria's PM then," said the GERB leader on a second thought.
