Gaddafi's Eldest Son Killed - Report

Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi's eldest son Mohammed has been reportedly killed by rebel forces.

The Al Arabiya TV channel has said the information about Mohammed's death is yet to be confirmed.

Mohammed Gaddafi was among three of Gaddafi's sons to be reported as captured by the rebels as they stormed into Tripoli. He was deetained while giving an interview to Al Jazeera.

According to Al Jazeera, forces loyal to Muammar Gaddafi helped his son Mohammed flee house arrest on Monday. His whereabouts are currently unknowm.

Mohammad has not been involved in politics and has not occupied a post in the government. He has been living with his wife, children and mother, who divorced Gaddafi long ago.
