Priraeus Bank Bulgaria Switches Headquarters

Greek Piraeus Bank Bulgaria will move into a new headquarters after it bought a building at the newly opened business center near The Mall on Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd in Sofia.

Thus the bank will give up its headquarters currently located in the central Sofia Vitosha Boulevard.

The deal was concluded at a price of  EUR 1,145 per square meter, which is less than the market price, since the investor had a EUR 69 M loan from Piraeus to build the business center.

The move is expected for the fall, with almost all Piraeus Bank units and departments moving to the new locations.
