Bulgaria's Sports Arena Officially Named 'Armeetz Sofia Arena'

Bulgaria's first modern sports arena has been named Armeetz Sofia Arena.
Bulgarian Sports Minister Svilen Neykov and Rumen Georgiev, Executive Director of insurance company Armeetz signed an official sponsorship contract Wednesday.
The ceremony was attnded by Sofia Mayor Yordanka Fandakova.
The new multifunctional sports hall took a year and eight months to build and is now ready to host events and welcome guests.
Armeetz Sofia Arena seats up to 12 000 visitors for sports events and up to 18 000 visitors for concerts.
The sports hall has already won hosting rights for a WTA Tennis Championship, volleyball's World League finals in 2012, and a Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup event.
Armeetz Sofia Arena will be inaugurated on July 30 with a friendly match between the volleyball teams of Bulgaria and Serbia.
