Aysha al-Gaddafi, daughter of embattled Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, has filed a second claim related to war crimes allegedly committed by NATO its air strikes on Lybia.

The new claim, filed at a court in Paris, Aysha accuses French President Nicolas Sarkozy and Minister of Defense Gerard Longuet for supporting the NATO operation, which led to what she claims is the intentional death of children.

Earlier this week Aysha Gaddafi tabled a similar claim in Brussels in connection with the attack during the night of April 30 - May 1, in which NATO stroke against a Gaddafi compound, killing his youngest son and three of his grandchildren.

According to Aysha Gaddafi's lawers, NATO was fully aware that the attack was going to lead to civilian deaths.
