Yet Another True Joke about Bulgarian Railways

A foreigner took a Bulgarian train. However, he was horrified and shocked to find out that the train would stop ever ten minutes, and on top of that would travel at a snail's speed.

The next time the train stopped, the poor foreigner rushed to the conductor, and started to express his outrage:

"Why are we stopping now? Why?! Why?!!" shouted the deliourously outraged man.

"There is a cow lying on the tracks," explained the conductor.

"But there was a cow lying on the tracks again ten stops and two hours ago!!!" protested the passenger.

"You see," the conductor explained further - "she is just walking around and grazing in front of the train...."
