Osama Captured Then Killed – Daughter

Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden was fist captured alive and then shot, his daughter, who reportedly witnessed the US assassination raid, has claimed.

The 12-year-old said her father was shot dead in front of his family and later dragged to a US military helicopter, Al Arabiya says. The body of bin Laden's son was also reportedly taken away by helicopter.

Other bin Laden relatives - including six children, one of Osama's wives and a Yemeni woman who may be their personal doctor – were transported to hospital in Rawalpindi, near the capital Islamabad, according to a security source, also cited by Al Arabiya.

On Tuesday, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said bin Laden was not armed when he was shot and killed by U.S. forces in the assault on his compound
