Libyan leader Gaddafi's speech at the AIDS forum in Nigeria turned over the lawsuit against the Bulgarian medics in Tripoli saying he had substantial evidence of conspiracy against Libya in infecting 400 children with AIDS in a Benghazi hospital.

A doctor and several nurses had been asked to test the AIDS virus on children and the medics confessed that the orders had been received from CIA and MOSAD.

According to Libyan sources, foreign media quoted his speech incorrectly. Actually Gaddafi said that "There are talks about conspiracy against Libya if it may be proved".
