Heavy rains are in store for UK's royal wedding Friday, according to the latest weather forecasts.

The UK Weather Bureau reversed a previous outlook that the sun would shine on that day. If it rains, Britons would not see the prince and his bride riding the open carriage on their way from Westminster Abbey.

More than 2 billion people worldwide  are expected to watch the royal wedding, and 600,000 tourists are flocking to London this week to catch a glimpse of the spectacle. The Royal wedding invitation list released Saturday morning confirmed famous names like musician Elton John and director Guy Ritchie, soccer star David Beckham and wife Victoria, Mr. Bean actor Rowan Atkinson, as well as many other celebrities.

Bulgaria's former Tsar, Simeon Saxe-Cobrurg, together with his wife, Queen Margarita of the Bulgarians, will also be present at the glamorous event.
