Bulgaria's conservative Order, Law and Justice, RZS, party have handed Tuesday to President, Georgi Parvanov, an audiotape exposing the ruling, center-right Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria, GERB, party of vote buying.

The information was reported for the media by the RZS leader, Yane Yanev, after a meeting with the Head of State in the presidential building.

"We gave the President a recording where one can hear how some leading figures from the country's underground, including some who are currently under arrest, have been purchasing votes for GERB," Yanev says, adding they chose Parvanov because he is the one to decide on the electoral administration membership.

The conservative leader further explained his party is in possession of large arsenal of information because people trust them as the only political formation that would make public everything related to corruption and corruption practices.

The RZS leadership have insisted that Parvanov informs the Constitutional Court. The President had said he will consult with his lawyers.
