A Bulgarian man goes to his GP complaining of a terrible insomnia.

"I will prescribe you a laxative because it is cheaper," declares the doctor cheerfully.

"Will it help me sleep, doctor?" asks the man with hope.

"No, but it will keep you busy while you are awake..."
