Bulgaria Economically Stable*

Bulgaria is economiccally stable and should use the EU financial instruments, such as the ISPA Program, with maximum efficiency, Michel Barnier, EU Regional Policy Commissioner, announced.

Barnier, who is on official visit to Bulgaria, addressed a seminar on regional cooperation and EU pre-accession funds at the Borovets winter resort.

Among participants were Jacques Wunenburger, Head of EU Commission Delegation in Bulgaria, Bulgarian Ministers, officials in charge of ISPA Program's implementation.

Barnier is satisfied with Bulgaria's utilization of ISPA funds.
