George Clooney, Ben Affleck May Arrive in Bulgaria

Hollywood stars George Clooney and Ben Afleck may come to Bulgaria at the beginning of April on a business trip, connected to a film project.

The schedule of Clooney's production company "Smokehouse Pictures" reportedly included Bulgaria and a scout has been sent to Sofia to talk to the CEO of the "Nu Boyana Film Studios" in Bulgaria, David Varod, the Bulgarian Blitz media reported.

However, Nu Boyana Film Studios refused to give any information or details about the project, which is expected to be realized in Bulgaria.

The project is expected to include both Affleck and Clooney. However, since the two of them are not only actors, but also directors, producers and screenwriters, it is not know yet what would their roles in the project be.

Meanwhile, it was reported that Clooney is one of the 78 witnesses named by Italian PM Silvio Berlusconi for his trial on charges of sex with an under-age prostitute.

The Hollywood star's girlfriend, Italian model and TV persona, Elisabetta Canalis, is also on the list alongside MPs and ministers.

The couple is said to have been seen at one of Berlusconi's parties by Karima el-Mahroug, aka Ruby, the teenager whom he has allegedly paid for sex.
