The crisis in Macedonia and battles across the Albanian border might be oa big threat to Bulgaria, Prime Minister Ivan Kostov said in the parliament.
He apperead with no notice in advance in front of MPs and made a long and deeply emotional speech.
Kostov proposed that all Macedonian political parties, including the Albanians' one start negotiations and make efforts to stop the conflict.
