Andy Serkis Detected Skiing in Bulgaria's Pamporovo

British actor Andy Serkis famous for his role of Smeagol/Gollum in The Lord of the Rings trilogy has been on vacation in Bulgarian ski resort Pamporovo, according to reports.

Serkis was detected skiing in Pamporovo in the Rhodope mountain several days ago, the largest Bulgarian daily Trud reports.

In its article entitled "Smeagol Hurls on Ski in the Rhodope", the paper says that Andy Serkis's stay in the Bulgarian resort was kept secret.

The paper presumes that Serkis picked Pamporovo because of the peace and quiet of the resort, the good ski conditions, and the idea that hardly anyone will recognize him in Bulgaria.
