Bulgarians Face Fresh Hike in Food Prices

Prices of foods in Bulgaria has been up with an impressive 2% over the passing week, according to the governmental agency overseeing food prices.

The State Commission on Goods Exchanges has registered a 2% hike in the price of flour, as well as a 0.7% raise in the price of vegetable oil.

Some types of meat have also been up by about 0.5%, while fruits and vegetables have marked a considerable raise, with tomatoes and cucumbers up 5-7%, and apples up by 2%.
