Bulgaria's leader of the marginal conservative Order, Law and Justice (RZS) party, Yane Yanev, declared he is suing Prime Minister, Boyko Borisov.
In a phone interview for the private TV channel bTV Friday morning, Yanev informed he had asked the party's legal department to file a law suit against Borisov, claiming the latter had said RZS are terrorists.
"He could have accused us in murder as well," the conservative leader stated.
On Thursday, several hours after the blast at the offices of the controversial, anti-government Galeria weekly, Borisov said five Members of the Parliament, including independent MP, Todor Velikov, a former RZS member, have visited him Saturday and shared they had information "some people are getting ready to do such things in order to attract public attention."
Velikov informed the media one day ago that during the summer 2009 election campaign, Yanev had told him he had been wondering what would happen if their car is attacked or blasted.
Yanev rejected the above claims as a lie and threatened Velikov with a law suit as well. He said this would be his third suit against his former follower and warned of very serious consequences.
"The yesterday explosion is an example of the State mafia organizing a coup d'?tat. An unrealized Fuhrer and a racketeer are behind this. Our PM is strong in times of chaos, but RZS will overthrow this cabinet. Borisov and Interior Minister, Tsvetan Tsvetanov, are trying to divert public attention from the scandal with the leaks of special surveillance devices (SRS) and the Minister's illegally acquired real estate properties," Yanev told bTV.
Also on the phone, Velikov explained he had a friendly talk with Borisov last Saturday and told him to be on alert about Yanev since the latter is unpredictable, but denied ever using the word blast.
Velikov insisted he knows many of his former leader's dark secrets.
