An elderly man drops by Bulgaria's Defense Ministry, and declares his desire to join the Bulgarian Navy.

"How old are you, sir," asks a young captain from the naval department.

"I am 61,"  says the man.

"I am sorry but you are just too old for us."

"Don't you people need an admiral, damn it?!"
