Greece Evacuates 3 Bulgarians from Egypt's Alexandria

Three Bulgarian citizens were evacuated on Tuesday from the northern Egyptian city of Alexandria with the help of the local Greek Consulate as Egypt continues to see heightened civil unrest.

The three Bulgarians from Alexandria left on plane sent to collect the Greek citizens wishing to leave Egypt. The Bulgarian government sent Tuesday a plane to Egypt that collected 63 Bulgarians from Cairo.

They were met in Athens by the staff of the Bulgarian Embassy; from there, they will be transported to Bulgaria.
