Bulgarian State Lottery Draws 5th Record-high Jackpot

The jackpot for the upcoming second draw Thursday is expected to be BGN 4.17 M in the "6 of 49" game of the Bulgarian state lottery known as "Toto".

This ranks the draw 5th among the largest jackpots ever in Bulgaria.

The price for a lottery ticket is BGN 1.20.

So far, the biggest lottery win in Bulgaria amounted to BGN 5.4 M. It was won on August 12, 2004.

The absolute record-high jackpot was registered in June 2010. It amounted to BGN 6.6 M and was supposed to be received by a person from the Bulgarian city of Lovech in a 45-day period, who failed to appear and request the money.
