Fog Forces Sofia Airport to Cancel Flights

The flights from Sofia to Budapest at 5:24 am Monday morning has been canceled, the Sofia airport informs.
The reason is thick fog in Bulgaria's capital, impeding not only air, but ground traffic as well.
The flight from Budapest, scheduled to arrive at 1:40 am Monday morning failed to land.
Other early morning flights were delayed by about one hour. The airport is still experiencing delays and further cancelations are possible.
The forecast is for the fog to stay until the afternoon.
