Assen Yagodin, the Executive Director of Postbank, has won the 2010 Banker of the Year prize of Bulgarian financial newspaper "Banker".

"I have been working in the banking sector for 18 years, and have dedicated all that time to one single institution, Postbank. I thank our entire team of 3000 people and our senior management. 2010 was a hard but successful year for the banking sector, which stood up against the hits of the crisis remaining stable and secure," Yagodin stated upon receiving his award.
